Connector and LCD Mounting

For the past, there are only one structure for LCD display modules (The method to connect the LCD to the drive circuit), which is Chip-On-Board (COB) structure. But for the technology is improved, there are many difference type of structure are coming out.

Nowadays, besides of Chip-On-Board structure, the Tape-Carrier-Package (TCP) structure, Chip-On-Glass (COG) structure and Chip-On-Flexible-PCB (COF) structure are also the common structure for the LCD Display Modules.
